Victoria has over 25 years’ experience in leadership roles supporting corporate accounting, shared services, finance transformation, financial planning and analysis and financial reporting for Fortune 100 companies. She brings strong project management and business process experience, including process design and implementation. She has experience in management and upgrades of numerous financial systems, including Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Blackline, and SAP.
Victoria has expertise in outsourcing to 3rd party process owners; optimizing and standardizing financial reporting, accounting processes, internal controls, US GAAP compliance, SOX compliance, shared services transitions, accounting process optimization and automation, global standardization, policy and procedure documentation, consolidation of financials, balance sheet reviews, and account reconciliation processes.
Victoria also has extensive experience with large scale M&A activity, including divestiture and integration of business acquisitions form the perspectives of financial statements, finance processes and financial systems.
