Sheryl is the Founder and CEO of The AddVantage Group.  She has a deep background across numerous industries in accounting, finance, marketing and operations; strategic planning; evaluating competitive environments; solution formulation; and matching expertise with client needs.  Her experience includes CFO and controllership roles at multinational companies, as well as a leadership role at another Chicago-based finance consulting firm before launching The AddVantage Group in 2004.

Sheryl was named to Crain’s Chicago 2020 Notable Entrepreneurs list. She is a member of the national leadership team for the Network of Executive Women, and is a trusted adviser to a number of Chicago-area business leaders.
