Pete has more than 20 years of finance, accounting, management and information systems experience, including 10 years of SAP engagements with multiple full-life cycle implementations. He specializes in project management, strategy and process design. His background as a VP of Finance and a Big 4 accountant contributes to his extensive knowledge of the Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, Plan-to-Cash and Material-to-Inventory processes.
Pete excels as the liaison between business users and development teams by gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications, and successfully implementing practical solutions with standard functionality or custom development. Pete is adept at facilitating blueprint and integration workshops; data conversion management, including data cleansing, field mapping and data auditing; legacy systems migration; development of test strategy, planning and execution; and training program management for both project teams and end-user training.
