Barry’s expertise includes process design and implementation, system implementation, process re-engineering, performance management and organizational structure design and implementation.  His industry experience includes Consumer Products, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Insurance, Healthcare and Financial Services.  Prior to becoming a consultant, Barry worked in public accounting and in successive corporate finance roles including VP Finance/Chief Financial Officer.
